MANCHESTER, Conn. *WTNH) — Heavy fire tore through a home on Woodbridge Street in Manchester on Saturday afternoon, displacing three residents.

The property next door sustained heat damage, and there was a small brush fire behind the house, according to officials.

The fire took over an hour to get under control.

Authorities have deemed the house a total loss. The displaced occupants are being assisted by the Red Cross. There were no injuries.
