Uber is rolling out a new subscription service.
The ride share service says its a monthly subscription that lets riders avoid higher “surge” pricing. It’s called “ride pass” and it starts at $14.99 a month

Depending on the city, it locks in at a flat price, consistent prices for rides.

Right now its being tested out in five cities, but not yet here in Connecticut.
