Oklahoma man says he suffered stroke after cracking neck

Cracking joints is a common habit for many people, but a 28-year-old man from Oklahoma says it landed him in the emergency room.

Josh Hader said he suffered a stroke after cracking his neck. 

Doctors said he tore his vertebral artery, a crucial vessel leading to the brain.

Though Hader avoided the worst case scenario, the stroke did do some damage.

He had to wear an eyepatch for days because his vision was blurred. 

Doctors are warning if you have to pop your neck, do it side to side, do not twist it.
