Unusual Stories

WYOMING (WTNH) — Two police officers in Wyoming rescued a deer from an icy pond.

Police say one of the officers was just driving by Tuesday when he saw the deer. He used a rope to tie himself to a tree, then used another to lasso the deer and pull it in.

The officer carried the animal to some pavement so it could warm up. Then the deer ran off into the woods.
