There’s a new 3D crosswalk in Kansas City

Unusual Stories

There’s a new crosswalk in Kansas City, and it has a floating appearance due to its 3D implementation.

The design is meant to improve pedestrian safety in the neighborhood and slow down traffic.

The 3-D crosswalk cost less than $500 to install which is about the same price as a normal crosswalk.

No statement has been made on whether this idea will be used nationally, but interesting results are sure to come from it in the future.
