Wallingford man faces larceny and burglary charges


Wallingford, Conn. (WTNH)- Wallingford police have arrested a man spotted near Gaetano’s resturant on North Main Street after he was allegedly spotted trying to break into parked vehicles.

26 year old William Flores, whose last known address was on Washington Avenue in Wallingford, is now facing burglary and larceny charges in the case.

According to investigators, several people spotted him trying to get into car by pulling their locked door handles. Officers say the later found Flores to be holding items that were positively identified by the owners of one of those vehicles. Flores is being held on a ten thousand dollar bond.
