Wesleyan University revokes Bill Cosby’s honorary degree

Wesleyan University in Middletown has revoked Bill Cosby‘s honorary degree on Friday.

The university says that the Wesleyan’s Board of Trustees voted unanimously to revoke Cosby’s honorary degree, which was awarded to him in 1987.

Last month, Yale University also decided to rescind Cosby’s honorary degree which they awarded to him back in 2003.

In April, Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent sexual assault.
