West Hartford police investigate report of armed robbery at Family Dollar

West Hartford police are investigating a report of an armed robbery incident that allegedly took place at Family Dollar.

According to officials, around 10:10 a.m. on Tuesday, units responded to the store located at 939 New Britain Avenue.

There has been no word on if police have any suspects or if anything was taken from the store.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and that there are no further details at this time.
