The Westport Fire Department has reported a house fire that occurred in Westport late Wednesday night.
Westport firefighters claim that multiple calls came in at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday night reporting a house fire in the area of Sherwood Drive.

Additional responders along with the first responders assisted with the fire and exposure protection of nearby homes. Westport police were also on scene to assist with traffic and crowd control.
No injuries were reported, but Westport EMS provided medical evaluation for the residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
