NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The finish line is in sight for the state legislature to make a deal on next year’s budget.

Democrats and Republicans in Hartford are still trying to hammer out a budget deal before time runs out on Wednesday. A vote could come as soon as Monday.
