Capitol Report: CT Presidential Primary delayed due to coronavirus outbreak

Conn. (WTNH) — Connecticut’s Presidential Primary was bumped due to coronavirus health concerns. Capitol Report discusses this change with the woman overseeing the state’s primary.

Secretary of the State Denise Merrill recently asked Governor Ned Lamont to issue an executive order allowing more Connecticut residents to cast absentee ballots.

Last Thursday the governor moved our Presidential Primary from April 28 to June 2.
