(WTNH) – No one is happy with their utility bill these days and with Eversource reporting record profits, paying that bill is even harder to swallow.

“A number of people have asked me what are we looking to get. What do we want here and I feel that what we want is to move the regulatory needle more in the direction of the ratepayers and less in the direction of the people they regulate,” said Senator Norm Needleman.
