NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford Mayor Luke Bornin spent time last week talking about his hope for the city’s future once he leaves office at the end of this term.
The ability to lay the foundation for whoever takes over at city hall is a legacy that Bronin is pretty proud of.
He talked about the accomplishments in his final state of the city address last week.
