Capitol Report: More women are getting involved in politics, Connecticut’s General Assembly

With the 2021 General Assembly right around the corner, the Bipartisan Women’s Caucus got together last week for a chat.

With the retirement of Minority Leader Themis Klarides, there will no longer be any women holding leadership positions in the Connecticut legislature. This is despite more women than ever being elected to the House and Senate.
