Conn. (WTNH) — The COVID-19 pandemic has badly hurt the wallets of many Connecticut cities and towns.

Projections show the pandemic has sucked away nearly half a billion dollars in municipal dollars. That means property tax hikes as a way to bridge the gap at a time when many homeowners are already struggling. Joining the panel to discuss this is Joe DeLong, the Executive Director and CEO of the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities.
