(WTNH) — While only 57% of bachelor’s degree recipients are women, only 19% of all degree holders in computer and information sciences are women. Dr. Lisa Lancor, the the chairwoman of the Computer Science Department at Southern Connecticut State University is helping encourage more young women to pursue the field.
