(WTNH) — 2023 just may be the best year yet in the fight against Alzheimer’s Disease, but yet more than 55 million people are being diagnosed and living with some type of dementia.
As of 2020, Connecticut has an estimated 80,000 people, aged 65 and over, with Alzheimer’s.
News 8’s Alyssa Taglia was joined by Dr. Imran Ali, to discuss the signs one should look for when it comes to Alzheimer’s, and how the disease can be slowed or treated.
