8 Minute Meal: Mussels and Shishito Peppers

Chef Mark Vecchitto shows us how to cook up mussels and shishito peppers with cipollini onions in a spicy Arrabbiata sauce.


  1. Sautée peppers and diced onions in oil until tender
  2. Add 1 cup of the sauce
  3. Put mussels in the pan, cover and cook about three to four minutes.
  4. Serve with toasted bread
