(WTNH) — Chef Raquel Rivera-Pablo makes a classic seafood dish with lots of flavor: seared scallops topped with pesto.

Chef Rivera-Pablo will lead a healthy cooking demonstration at the St. Vincent’s Farm Stand on Tuesday, September 10th and Tuesday, October 18th. The demo begins at noon.

The events are free and open to the public
