(WTNH)– October is National Seafood Month, and despite the many known benefits, many of us don’t get enough seafood in our diet.
Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist Jamie Lee McIntyre shares quick and tasty examples of how to conveniently work more seafood into your eating plan in the video above.
The American Heart Association and World Health Organization recommends two servings of seafood per week. McIntyre says tuna makes a great high quality and delicious protein-packed meal or snack.
