Documentary screening coming to Masonicare to help people embrace their age

Good Morning CT at Nine

‘Lives Well Lived’ is a new documentary by filmmaker Sky Bergman that celebrates the secrets, wit and wisdom of age.

In this film, 40 people between the ages of 75 and 100 (more than 3,000 years of experience) share their insights into living a meaningful life.

Bergman was inspired by her 103-year-old grandmother, who she says reinforced the idea that age is truly just a number.

Masonicare and Quinnipiac have joined as sponsors of a special screening of the film being shown at Masonicare on Thursday, November 29th from 6pm to 8:15pm at Ashlar Village.

Tickets for the screening and panel discussion are free, but space is limited. To secure your seat, call the Masonicare helpline: 1-888-679-9997.
