Homemade cranberry sauce

Chef Mark Vecchitto makes a simple holiday staple that everyone needs as part of their Thanksgiving spread: cranberry sauce.

Ingredients:

2 bags of frozen cranberries 

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of white sugar

1 tbsp of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

pinch of kosher salt

pinch of black pepper.

Directions:

Combine, cook to sauce consistency.
