Immune boosting juice without the juicer

It’s cold and flu season, so holistic health coach and blogger April Godfrey is making a immune boosting juice that does not require a juicer!

You will need:

Juicing without a juicer

You will need:

Blender

Fruit and veggies

Nut milk bag

3 large handfuls if spinach and kale

1/2 cucumber

1/2 red apple

1/2 green apple

Juice of a lemon

Juice of a lime

Filtered water (1-2 cups)

Fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch peeled)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 2 minutes.

Strain through your nut milk bag and let your cells enjoy!
