Good news for college graduates! New data shows more employees are hiring candidates fresh out of college. Elizabeth Dutkiewics, branch manager for Robert Half in New Haven explains the study, and how graduates can better their chances of getting hired.
According to research conducted by Robert Half, 83% of senior managers said they were likely to hire new college grads this year. The National Association of Colleges and Employers also reported that college hiring is up nearly 11%.
The top benefits for hiring a new grad is their enthusiasm for starting a new career (35%) and the ability to provide a fresh perspective (28%). You can see the full report by Rober Half here.
