(WTNH)-This time of year, high school juniors are scheduling their first tours of colleges, and seniors are filling out their applications to their primary choices. More than 900 four-year colleges and universities have gone test optional, meaning they don’t require SAT and/or ACT scores unilaterally for all applicants. While it may seem like a no-brainer for students whose scores are lower than they’d like, it’s not always the best option for everyone – and some may be required to provide their scores regardless.
