(WTNH)- Some Summer time crafts are always a good activity to do with your kids to keep them busy.

Laurie Zlotowski, Owner and Teacher of Creative Girl Studios came to Good Morning Connecticut Saturday morning to teach us how to copy papers and maps and copied photos into pendants and magnets.

Zlotowski said that making these are pretty easy and very fun. She says using vintage paper, magazines or maps of cities you’ve been to can be made into a magnet or a pendent.

What you need for this craft:
  • Modgepodge
  • super glue
  • glass gems (with flat backs)
  • bails for (necklaces)
  • magnets
