A Honey Cake made for Rosh Hashanah


(WTNH)- Rosh Hashanah begins Saturday September 9th and it is the Jewish Holiday which is the Jewish New Year.

On Sunday, Local Food Blogger Liz Rueven came to Good Morning Connecticut to talk about the holiday and make a traditional cake that is had over the holiday.

Home cooks often include symbolic ingredients in their dishes at their holiday tables, the most well known of which is honey. Rueven made her Honey Cake with Chocolate Honey Drizzle.
