(WTNH)- The Big Taste happening at The Big Connecticut on Thursday, which is a big event Connecticut businesses. There will be several local chefs offering up delicious dishes.
Local Chef from Anchor Spa, Stephen Ross and Bar Manager, Bootleg Greg, came to Good Morning Connecticut and shared a recipe that’s perfect for those thanksgiving leftovers. Ross will also be found at the Big Taste event.
He came and made a dish using turkey that is leftover from the big holiday. He made Turkey Fried Rice with an oatmeal punch.
The event is happening at the Toyota Oakdale Theater in Wallingford Thursday, November 15th and it includes area experts, a leadership summit and breakout sessions. Go to gnhccexpo.com for all the details.
