Busting the myths about women and weight loss

(WTNH)- On Good Morning Connecticut we busted some myths between woman and weight loss.

Celebrity fitness expert and founder of LynFit Nutrition, Lisa Lynn, came to tell us the truths about shedding those extra pounds.

Lynn said there are a few myths out there regarding women and weight loss and she has the real reason why women should not train or eat like men.

1.    TRUE OR FALSE-Woman NEED to work out  hard ( like men do) & perform same exercises 

2.    TRUE OR FALSE-Woman lose weight very differently therefore should eat very differently than men do

3.   TRUE OR FALSE -Woman ONLY need to increase their calcium and Iron intake
