Kangoo Jumps rebound exercise classes are quickly becoming the hottest new workout in Connecticut and I know your viewers would love learning about this innovative, new fitness craze before the summer is over. Trampoline fitness is becoming passé, residents are now literally putting a spring in their step using Kangoo boots. A single, hour long class can burn up to 1200 calories and reduces the impact on the knees and joints by 80 percent.
