This is baking made easy! The cookbook ‘Bake like a French Pastry Chef’ is helping anyone pick up the trade.

Lily Dionne, a pastry chef in training with Michel and Augustin’s in Brooklyn, joined Good Morning Connecticut at Nine to show us how to make a chocolate tart!

Dionne give us the directions for baking the chocolate tart – pate sucree + chocolate ganache in the video above.

  • parchment paper

  • large bowl for chocolate

  • pan for cream
