WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — News 8’s Dennis House was In Your Neighborhood for the unveiling of a mural in West Hartford.
The “Mural of Love” was created to celebrate Juniper Homecare’s 25th anniversary. The business was founded by Andrei Brel, who immigrated from the Soviet Union with his family.
House served as the event’s emcee.
