Meteorologist Sam Kantrow was in West Haven Monday at the Savin Rock Community School.
He brought News 8’s mobile weather lab for his chat with 100 third graders.

The students talked about natural disasters – how to stay safe in a flood – and how forecasting the weather is similar to a loaf of bread.
