Cooks Country is regional recipes and more weeknight cooking…I should have brought some treats and definitely some more project pieces like breads and stuff like that, but it’s amazing…” Moore said.

“There have been times where I want to say I’ve tested a recipe at least 100 times,” she added.

America’s Test Kitchen has about 45,000 volunteer testers across the country who help them decide what recipes will end up in their magazine and books and shows.
