BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — A bakery in Bristol has not even been open a year yet but has already found popularity.

The owner, Erika Stirk, started baking in high school with dreams of having her own bakery, but that did not happen for around 15 years. First, she became an emergency room technician.

Stirk joins us on Nyberg to share more about her business and her journey to starting Bakery on Maple.
