NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Waterbury Mayor Neil O’Leary has been a Waterbury police officer, the city’s police chief and the mayor.
He spoke to Dennis House about why he’s not seeking reelection, how 2,000 New Yorkers have moved to his city, his daughter’s recovery and his favorite Brass City restaurants.
