May is finally here, and Spring is literally in full bloom!
Color is coming back to Connecticut, and it sure does look nice.
The April showers really did bring May flowers, but hopefully the showers will give way to more sunshine, eventually.
Scott in Waterbury continues to measure the rays of light when we do see the sun, with one day measuring up to more than a foot of sunshine.
While we are on the topic of color, we recieved pictures of the sky with splashes of purple, pink, orange and yellow from Milford to Colchester to New Haven.
Rainbows were found above Mystic and in Stonington while birds are either perched on branches or setting up shop on basketball hoops. (This could be problematic if someone makes a slam dunk.)
The MS walk at Hammonasset Beach drew a big crowd.
Despite the weather, people came out to support a great cause.
Happy anniversary to Jerry and Rae Viscuso, celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary.
A big congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Ben and Lisa Nessing from Meriden, recently married in Las Vegas. Wishing them a lifetime of happiness together.
