2 Connecticut basketball players leading LIU offense


A couple of former high school boys basketball players from Connecticut are making an impression at the next level.

Former Hillhouse star Raiquan Clark and Sacred Heart star Ty Flowers are doing big things in Brooklyn for LIU.

Clark is a senior is leading the team in scoring at 21 points per game.

Flowers who transferred from UMass, is second on the team in scoring with 13 points per game.

Clark said he learned from his days in New Haven that hard work pays off.
