Former UConn men’s basketball coach Kevin Ollie wants a retraction from the school, and is threatening to sue. He’s angry over the release of NCAA transcripts to various media outlets.

The biggest revelation in those documents is that Ollie allegedly paid the mother of a recruit $30,000.

Ollie’s lawyers deny the claim, and have threatened to file a defamation of character lawsuit.

Ollie was fired in March after a second straight losing season. He’s fighting to get the $10 million that was remaining on his contract. UConn fired him “with cause,” citing NCAA violations.
