Quinnipiac hockey continues to stand out nationally


Quinnipiac hockey keeps creeping up in the national rankings.

The Bobcats up to 9th in the country. The play of Rand Pecknold’s loaded freshman class is a big reason why. 

Ethan De Jong leads all Bobcat newcomers with 10 points. He explains to Sports Team 8 why this season was an easy adjustment for the new freshmen.

“With 12 freshmen…it was an east adjustment considering that’s like at least one quarter of the team right there…the chemistry was built pretty quickly.”
