The leaderboard was changing so fast on the back nine of the Masters, it was hard to keep track of the leaders.
At one point, there was a five-way tie for the lead in the final round with Dustin Johnson, Xander Schauffele, Brooks Koepka, Francesco Molinari and Woods all at 12-under.
Woods made back-to-back birdies on 15 and 16 to take a two-shot advantage.
Augusta National had stayed dry for the most part, but rain was bearing down on the course during the final holes.
This was the fifth Masters win for Woods and his first since 2005.
He now has the second-most Masters wins of all time, trailing only Jack Nicklaus who has six.
