Wolf Pack down Sound Tigers 4-3 in OT


It was an early morning school day start for the Hartford Wolf Pack and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at the XL Center on Wednesday.

Hundreds of kids were in the building to check out the action on the ice.

It was 1-0 Wolf Pack in the first period when the Sound Tigers got even. Tanner Fritz scored to tie things up at 1-1.

Later in the period, Hartford took the lead when John Gilmour walked the puck along the blue line and fired it home. That was his first of two on the afternoon.

The Wolf Pack went on to win it 4-3 in overtime.
