Big weekend for the Yale lacrosse team.
Jackson Morrill and the Bulldogs are one win away from another trip to the Final Four.
Morrill has stepped in to the leading scorer role for the defending national champs.
The junior attack man has 81 points going in to the Eli’s quarter final match-up with Penn.
Morrill learned under last year’s Player of the Year Ben Reeves, he’s now like the quaterback or point guard of the team. His field vision slows down the game in his eyes.
Morrill’s dad is a two time national champion in lacrosse. Jackson hopes to join him.
Yale and Penn square off at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Rentschler Field.
