Yale lacrosse starts Ivy League Tournament on Friday

The 2018 and 2019 Yale men’s lacrosse regular seasons mirror each other; The Bulldogs went 11 and 2 in both years.

Now the post season begins.

Andy Shay’s defending national champs begin play Friday night against Cornell in the Ivy league tournament.

The Bulldogs have won five straight games and are primed for another championship run.

Senior John Daniggelis said, “It’s a different team, it’s a whole different organism we try not to think about last year to much but its just for us getting better everyday and that’s really our only goal.”

Yale and Cornell play Friday night, and are starting little after 8:00 p.m.
