Waterford PD seeking to identify person allegedly involved in incident on Boston Post Road

WATERFORD, Conn., (WTNH)– Waterford police are investigating an incident that occurred on Boston Post Road on Thursday, Sept. 9.

The incident happened at the bottle return area of Stop and Shop.
