This year, things could be a little bit different.

Based on the latest predictions for the fall, a warmer than average temperature is expected over the next three months. Warmer temps mean later peak color, so we could be delayed by around a week or so, giving us peak color across the state during the middle of October through Nov. 21st.

Precipitation is expected to be about average, so color should be nice and vivid this year.
