(WTNH) — CT DOT reports there were two separate crashes on Interstate-91 Southbound between Exits 28 and 26 near Airport Road Saturday evening.

Hartford fire officials said a driver was taken into State Police custody, and a passenger was taken to the hospital. There were reports of a child in the backseat of a vehicle who was missing from the backseat, according to fire officials.
