Choosing and giving gifts during the holidays can be a stressful thing so giving reinforces appreciation and acknowledgement of each other may be the way to go.

Here are some suggestions from Relationship Expert Dr. TC Brantley:

  • Work on giving more intangibles than tangibles 
  • Become the respective stress reliever 
  • Learn to do mutual massage 
  • Never ever speak negative to each other 
  • Have Santa Helper (therapist) to keep it positive
