(WTNH)– Hartford HealthCare has declared the month of May as “Healthcare Heroes Month,” a salute to the thousands of individuals who are working so hard on the frontlines of healthcare.

Debbie Phelan, who works at the Hartford HealthCare Access Center, walks us through her role as a credentialed trainer in the Access Center, which receives calls from people looking to schedule vaccinations, in the video above.
