(WTNH)- Empowering people to live their healthiest life, while fulfilling life personally and professionally.
Founder of Pretty Wellness and Healthy Lifestyle Expert Caryn Sullivan, came to Good Morning Connecticut to talk about making simple and healthy choices.
Recently, Sullivan attended the Well Summit. At the summit, wellness is looked at from a 360-degrees standpoint including all facets of health. The conference focuses on three tracks, the beginner to wellness, (Wellness Foundations,) wellness businesses (The Business of Wellness) and wellness experts who want a deeper dive into (Living Well.)
Sullivan came to share how to make simple, healthy changes. She said a lot of restaurants are serving non-dairy milks and having more creative flavors and easy to create options. She says there are many people opting for non-dairy milk and some of the most popular ones are oat, hemp and cashew. She says making the product with a Nutramilk machine or high speed blender is easy and cost-effective.
Another simple change, ingredients. Mass merchants like Target are looking for product companies to be fully transparent with their ingredients.
